MTR Extends Cat/Dog Carrying Trial on Light Rail Until End of August
The MTR Corporation has announced an extension of its pet-friendly Light Rail trial until the end of August.
Originally launched in May, the trial aimed to offer more convenience for passengers traveling with their cats and dogs on weekends and public holidays.
After reviewing public feedback, MTR noted that most pet owners have complied with the rules, helping ensure smooth operations.
In light of the positive response, the railway company has decided to extend the initial two-month trial to further assess the program.
